[SFDXA] Small loop efficiency article

Norm,
During our last SFDXA meeting we talked about the "Alex-loop" antenna, and I 
promised to send you measurements and analysis showing the efficiency of that 
antenna.  I posted the file,

Amir, K9CHP, and I wrote that article for QRP Quarterly magazine July 2012 issue.

Note that the efficiency figure lets you know how much of the transmitter power 
is heating up the loop, so that heat dissipation becomes one of the limitations 
on the amount of power you can supply to the loop (especially at low 
frequencies). The second limit is that thousands of volts appear across the 
tuning capacitor, which can arc if the power level is too high.  Please let me 
know what you think of your loop!
