[SFDXA] Telnet trouble?

I've been having trouble logging on to the KN4F DX cluster.  And now I find 
I can't log onto any DX cluster.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  I spoke 
with a friend in the Atlanta area last night and he mentioned he's having 
the same problem.

Thoughts?
