[SFDXA] What state is DX?

Ha ha!!! My best distance this year was from the venerable "State of DX"! In
may case the EA7 (4100 miles on 5W) was worth 10 points (CW 2x and QRP 5x).
The poor guy missed out on some points!
I hope that you enjoyed the extra bit of amusement!
