    Headquarters E-Mail Outage Continues

As of 9:30 AM EDST, e-mail service to and from ARRL Headquarters has 
been down for more than 24 hours and is not working at the present time. 
Work is continuing to restore service as soon as possible, but at the 
moment there is no specific estimate of when service will be completely 
restored.

Updates regarding e-mail restoration will be posted here as available.
