[SFDXA] South Florida DX Association Meeting Notes

The SFDXA had an entertaining and interesting evening tonight.

Norm W4QN and Dave W4DN collaborated and combined pictures for a 
pictorial display of these years Dayton Hamvention.

Rich Rosen K2RR gave a presentation with pictures of the The Antennas at 
Voice Of America. With its 400 ft high 22 dB gain Dipole Arrays and 
Rhombics. The Megawatt out put had an ERP of Half a Gig of Power. The 
Maximum allowed Reflected Power was 2,000 watts he said.

Rich also gave us an update on FBTO "From Beverages To Oscar". An 
Indexing program he wrote 20 years ago that Indexes all articles of the 
major magazines from about 1945. Now that he retired he plans on 
updating from 1990 to now.

DXpedition News. Ed N4II goes to Switzerland next week and will activate 
4U1ITU from Wednesday until Saturday.

Hope to CU at the next meeting in September.
