I found a web site which will assist us in determining how many people are going to attend the DX dinner on Saturday February 2nd after the Miami Hamfest.

Rather than asking here how many will go, and figuring out a way to track that, this site does all of that for us at no cost; and is very easy to use.

Please click on the link, and press the RSVP NOW button.  You will need to create an account (in case you need to revise your plans later on).  Please enter your name/call, how many people are going with you, etc.

Simply by looking at that site, you can also see who has already agreed to go.

PLEASE FORWARD THIS LINK to anyone whom you think may wish to join us, such as former club members or prospective club members!  There will also be a list at our table at the hamfest, for last minutes guests, but please don't wait until then to sign up.

Also, and this is very important, there has not yet been a decision as to where the dinner will be located, other than it will be nearby the hamfest.  We need to first get an idea as to how many will attend the dinner, so we can determine which restaurant(s) can accommodate a group.
