[SFDXA] Vote for best DX pedition for 2012

Norm, et al.,

The Clipperton DX Club presents its best DXpedition award at its convention, held at the end of September (21 and 22 September in 2012).  Nominations for this award have been closed for months, which is why the link does not work and one cannot vote today.

The 2012-2013 vote will open this summer, usually in mid-August.  Note, also, that only DXpeditions that have requested (and received) CDXC funding are eligible.
