After spending hours circling the island looking for a suitable and safe
 place to land, this was the spot that they think will have the best 
surf tomorrow:

The surf was just too rough to land more than just a few boxes (and no 
people), and to be safe, they have decided to wait for better 
conditions. The North and South sides – where previous DX-peditions have
 landed are out of the question – given the surf conditions. Here is a 
recording of my call with Bob tonight:
