> Normally, though not always, that means that the F2 layer is going to be significantly enhanced and propagation on all bands and up, maybe even 6m is going to be exciting, thanks to the X-ray early arrival and geoeffectivity UNTIL the heavier particles start arriving 24 to 72 hours later. I have seen this occur many times since 1958. My guess is that the solar wind will be very high so the great to poor conditions will be a shorter period, maybe only 24 hours.
