[SFDXA] Interesting info on the near-earth pass of Asteroid 2012 DA14

Hi Rich,
The closest approach will be around 17,000 km, well outside the important part 
of the ionosphere, so no direct impact on HF or low VHF propagation. Direct 
bounces are not likely a factor, at 50m across it has too small a radar cross 
section.
If the asteroid contains a "cloud" of other particles traveling with it than 
there may be some impact (no pun intended) on communications.
