[SFDXA] SFDXA back on top in hot four-way DX competition in ClubLeague

Norm,
Beg to differ - strongly!  We have several associate members striving for their 
first 100 DXCC and a few between 100 and the mid 200s. Not everyone is in Club 
Log however.
