the pack but this was my first year contesting.

Imagine my surprise today when I opened my mail and found a certificate from
the ARRL. 

It was for a No. 1 score in the Southeastern Division for SingleOp all Band
High Power Assisted.

They did not publish the Assisted results in QST, so I had no idea that I
had won South Florida much less the Division !

I came in 2nd in the Region to N4ZC who won the Roanoke Division and is a
member of the Carolina DX Assn.
