Of interest to UK amateurs, where wind energy is currently undergoing a
huge boom, will be this statement by developers RWE Innogy
<http://www.rwe.com/web/cms/en/354740/rwe-innogy/sites/wind-offshore/developing-sites/atlantic-array-offshore-wind-farm/the-proposal/>:

/*'Amateur radio operators have a variety of ways to improve radio
system performance. These are mostly associated with
changes to aerials and radio equipment or increasing transmitted power
levels.'*

which goes on to state that, as RWE's view of how amateurs should cope
with any interference by using:
*
'...alternative amateur radio frequencies or technologies'*/

That's nice. Legally licensed operators working protected bands can take
a hike, or pay - if they get planning permission - to erect bigger,
higher antennas! All terrbily realistic, I'm sure.

The problem is that the law does not protect us from path interference
by physical structures, just interference arising from other sources.

Anyone with concerns can submit their views, as I did, using the forms
found here
<http://www.rwe.com/web/cms/en/969472/rwe-innogy/sites/wind-offshore/developing-sites/atlantic-array-offshore-wind-farm/consultation/>.

The document from which the above statements are taken can be found here

--------------------------------------------------------

These ugly turbines do interfere with TV and VHF/UHFradio signals as
i know from my own experience. The Problem...delayed multipath
    component,reflection,scattering,diffraction.
A large wind turbine at 125m : 410ft was installed near my QTH.Ever
since the installation i have had interference issues on UHF 70cms
433mhz band and analogue TV channels 500mhz.
I cannot understand how planning permission is granted by the local
council to erect these ugly noisey interfering giants that ruin the
picturesque landscape we live.Ask to intall a 200ft radio mast and
    chances are you will fail.
A recent news article i found in our local news paper.
