[SFDXA] Bad test date listed for BARC Laurel Testing for November

In the November issue of the BARC Newsletter I had put the wrong date in as
the Laurel Testing.  I had November 8th, which should have been November
13th.  Please announce this correction on your nets and at your club
meetings.
