[SFDXA] BBSO Solar Activity Warning 13-NOV-2012 17:55:22 UT

Solar activity is high. Three M-class flares occurred in region
NOAA 11613: an M2.0 at 23:13 UT yesterday, an M6.0 at 01:58 UT
and an M2.5 at 05:42 UT.  Several C-class flares also occurred
in the region.  This region now has two small delta configurations,
and has strong magnetic gradients. The region is bright in
H-alpha and further growth seems likely.  Further M-class activity is
likely and an X-class flare is possible.
