Solar activity is high. Region NOAA 11429 has not developed into
an "island delta" after all, but it does show elongated umbrae
indicating magnetic shear. Growth seems to have largely stopped
in the region, but it remains capable of major flares. It has
produced numerous C- and M-class events. M-class flares expected,
X-class flare possible. NOAA 11429, N17 E33 (X=-505,Y= 379).
