Jeff, 

It would be nice to know where and when the other two meetings are going to be 
held,  If they are going to be further south, in FLL or Miami it might be more 
convenient for "southern" hams to go to them.

Can you enlighten the frenzied masses as to when and where the other meetiings 
will be?

Or do yo plan on having all three in WPB .  That would be nice to know, as well.

SFL Section Town Hall Meeting on June 30, 2012 in W. Palm Beach


Your Southern Florida Section Staff will be presenting 3 regional Town Hall 
Meetings beginning on June 30, 2012 in West Palm Beach. The purpose of these 
meetings is to provide information & support to our SFL Section members as well 
as having an opportunity for our field appointees to meet & network with their 
respective section leadership officials.
 
The schedule for the first Town Hall Meeting located at the Palm Beach County 
EOC, 20 So. Military Trail, W. Palm Beach is as follows:

9:00 AM- Light breakfast in the EOC Break Room
9:30 AM- General Session with SM David, K4DLF, ASM Jeff, WA4AW & SFL Section 
Staff
10:30 AM- Coffee Break
10:45 AM- Breakout Sessions as follows:
Club Leadership Roundtable- Steve Lowman, N4SGL, ACC
DX & Contesters Roundtable- Norm Alexander, W4QN
DXCC Card Checking- Don Search, W3AZD
Public Info Officers Roundtable- Dan Fisher, AI4GK, PIC
12 Noon- Lunch on your Own- List of local restaurants will be provided
1:00 PM- Afternoon Breakout Sessions as follows:
 ARES & NTS Roundtable- David Fowler,K4DLF, SEC & Kevin Bunin, K4PG
Official Observer Roundtable- Marshall Paisner, K4MAP, AOOC
Technical Specialist Roundtable- Don Drennon, N4TZH, TC
