[SFDXA] SFL Section " Town Hall Meetings "

 Hi Everyone,  Your Southern Florida Section Staff will be presenting 3 regional " Town Hall Meetings " beginning on June 30, 2012. The purpose of these meetings is to provide information & support to our SFL Section members as well as having anopportunity for our field appointees to meet & network with their respective section leadership officials.  All sessions begin at 9 AM & end at 3 PM. The dates & venues are as follows:  June 30, 2012   Palm Beach County EOC, 20 So. Military Trail, West Palm Beach July 14, 2012    Lee County EOC, 2665 Ortiz Ave., Fort Myers July 28, 2012     Venue in the NE area of the SFL Section to be determined   The tentative schedule of activities is as follows:  9 AM- General session with David, K4DLF, Jeff, WA4AW & the section staff. Coffee, juice, donuts & bagels will be served. 10:30 AM- Breakout sessions will begin. 3 sessions in the AM & 3 sessions after lunch, Breakout sessions will include:  DX/ Contesting including DXCC card checking ARES/ NTS Traffic Handling Club Presidents Roundtable Public Info Officers Roundtable Official Observers Roundtable Tech Specialist Roundtable  11:45 AM- Lunch on your own 1:00 PM- Afternoon breakout sessions begin 2:15 PM- Recap General session, SFL Section award presentations & prize drawings 3:00 PM- Adjourn  We hope you can join us at one or all of these  SFL "Town Hall Meetings " which we plan to hold on a annual basis.
