[SFDXA] [FCG] 4 el quad

W2GGI, Bob, in Delray Beach, has a four element quad assembled with the 
spreaders.  The wire has to be installed but the rest is done.
If you want a 4 el quad this is your chance.  He just wants someone to take 
it away, no charge, and ASAP!
