[SFDXA] Orlando Hamcation 2012

Bill, NZ5N              Sorry I missed you at Orlando. I was very busy 
checking  applications and cards for DXCC at the ARRL booth. I sat in that 
chair from 9:00 until 2:00. I finally got up and walked around for 2 
minutes. Then back to checking cards. I finally finish at 4:45.
Getting a table at Orlando for the club is not new. It's been talked about 
in the past, but nothing has  ever been done about it.  I had plenty of Club 
application with me. I saw many club members there. I know I missed a few.
Hope sold over 100 envelopes for the QSL Bureau. She has never sold that 
many as compared past years.
We had a great time though, except for 32 degrees Sunday morning.

I missed a lot of our group, too. I was thinking maybe next year we should 
get an SFDXA table with some info about our club and a membership 
application, it would also be a place where our members could meet, maybe 
leave a few items they have to sell while walking around, etc. If each 
member volunteered to man the table for an hour or so, it would probably 
work.
