yeah, I do similar calculation when planning and designing database servers
where high transactions need to be done with in an acceptable threshold,
one of the main issues that lotw has is the way the openqsl db is written
and how the server environment is layout, not enough margin for high loads,
the bottlenecks of IO is pretty much all over the place!
A course for the little info that has been provided to me, I can see where
are the key areas that they need to tackle to get some sort of control!
