[SFDXA] Uganda in CW and PSK opportunity

*UGANDA:
*
*From the beginning of May until June 2012, ( exact end of stay not 
known yet)  I, Freddy/F5IRO have got a job assignment in Uganda . *

*Arrived I will set my K3 and DIY antennas, probably verticals or 
dipoles, space permitting at the location.*

*Some contacts has been done with David 5X1D (KH9AE) who is helping me 
to get a ticket for the first week of May.*

*CW on the upper HF bands, especially on 10 MHz in the evening (5X = GMT 
+ 3) and a may be very little PSK, *

*Stay tuned and watch the clusters.*

*The QSL route is still via my friend Michel, F8DFP, via the French 
bureau or direct with SAE&IRC;*

*OUGANDA*

*A compter de début Mai jusqu'en Juin, je serai en Ouganda.
Pour ce déplacement non touristique, j'emporte quand même une station 
radio HF pour trafiquer un peu.
J'ai pu entrer en contact avec 5X1D (KH9AE) David qui réside dans ce 
pays depuis de nombreuses années, il devrait m'apporter son aide pour 
obtenir la licence, que je pense avoir dans la semaine de mon arrivée.

*La station sera constituée juste de l'Elecraft K3. Je fabriquerai une 
antenne sur place, verticale probablement ou dipôles si l'espace est 
assez grand. Trafic exclusivement en CW sur bandes hautes et 10 mHz le 
soir (Ouganda = GMT + 3). *

*Il se peut que j'apparaisse aussi en PSK*

*La carte QSL sera à envoyer via bureau à mon manager, Michel F8DFP ou 
en direct à son adresse personnelle moyennant un IRC et enveloppe. *
