[SFDXA] Items For Sale

I have the below listed items for sale that I plan to list on QRZ and eHam
in a few days, but wanted to make them available first to the SFDXA.  All of
the items are in top notch condition, both physically and electrically.  I
purchased most of these new, except for the Bird 43 meter, a few of the
elements, and the Daiwa NS-660.  All of the items have always been in a
smoke free, temperature and humidity controlled environment.
