At approximately 2025 UTC the sixth M class solar flare of the day has
occurred, the latest an estimated M2. It has produced a strong radiowave
blackout on the sun facing side of the earth, that has created significant
signal absorption on frequencies as high as 30 meters and caused some signal
absorption as high as the 10 meters band.

The solar flares are associated with large and active sunspot group numbers
11164, 11165 and 11166. More M class solar flares are probable and there is
also a small chance of and X class solar flare.
