At the Orlando Hamcation (12 February 2011) I submitted a hybrid paper/LoTW DXCC application for K4FK.

The final updates have just come through LoTW today, and K4FK's account status matrix is now:

I also received a tube of awards certificates this week via snail mail that I'll bring to the shack the next time I visit.

The three Mixed entities not applied for were 9N7DX (Nepal), 4A4A (Revillagigedo), and VP8ORK (South Orkney Islands), all worked after the application was submitted.  Thanks to the ops for all the DX!
