Noting Bill NZ5N comments below, I would like to add another observation and a 
voice of encouragement to the members.  We are a DX club, yet go to the bottom 
of the members page and click on Member DX Stats and you will see about half of 
the members have not submitted any DX achievements.  I would like to see that 
page completed (also those who have data, check it over and bring it up to 
date).  Now a bit redundant, but more DX achievement detail link can be found at 
the bottom of the page - More DX Stats.  Again a lot of missing data as it shows 
all time totals worked, and current totals as well as by band stats.  Just 
download your LoTW data and you have the numbers.  You can download, or easier 
is copy from the website and paste into a spreadsheet.  You may have to do a 
little formatting (column width) but that is a trivial task.

Send a copy of that file and I can update the web pages.  

Why bother?  well at one time the members of the club and their entity needs 
were all listed on a "want sheet".  This prompted member interaction in chasing 
down that "rare" or needed one.  So keep your stat sheets up to date, put 
together want lists, circulate to members.  Use the repeater to keep members 
informed, of what you worked and what you still need.  DXing is Fun, if you 
operate.

Send in your stats, and how about some shack and antenna Pics?

Looking at the members page, I see that more than half of our members have not 
submitted any photos or station info for inclusion on the club page.  Don't be 
so modest, send Norm at least one pic of your shack.
