SFDXA MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

The next meeting of the South Florida DX Association will be held on
Wednesday evening, January 5, at the Florida Medical Center (FMC) Auditorium
at 5000 West Oakland Park Blvd. in Lauderdale Lakes (adjacent to the Florida
Turnpike).  Members and guests will gather at 6:00 PM for our bi-monthly
fixed-price dinner ($7 per person). As usual, our meeting program will begin
at 7:33 PM.

Our featured program this month will be a presentation of "K4M Midway Atoll
2009:  The Official DXpedition Video."  This video, professionally filmed
and produced by James Brooks, 9V1YC, covers everything from the station
setup to the tension of the now-famous aircraft repair that nearly scuttled
the expedition.  Don't miss this exciting video!

Ballots for SFDXA officers and directors for 2011, received by the January
4th deadline, will be counted at this meeting and the winners announced.

If you have yet to do so, remember to send your annual club dues to  W4OV
-- or bring them with you to the meeting.
