Larry has graciously offered to host the survey on the Southeast Michigan DX Association website.  This makes  perfect sense since Larry already had the form created and ready to go.

> This survey will be run for 3 weeks beginning now until midnight EST Monday, March 20, 2011.  The results of the survey will be announced when they have been compiled.
