US Tower MA-40 with MARB-40 rotating base and 10' chrome-moly mast.  The 
entire tower rotates and the rotator is conveniently mounted in the base. 
No more climbing to service or adjust the rotator.  Handles 10 sq. ft. at 
maximum extension in 60 miles an hour winds. Also comes with the MAF-40 
tower raising fixture, which makes it a breeze for one person to raise the 
tower when it is lying down on the ground.  I am the original owner at the 
cost new is over $2500 plus shipping.  I also have the engineering drawings 
as well.   I am selling it because I have replaced the 40' tower with the 
MA-65 tower.  The tower is six years old but in great condition.  The 
raising cable is brand new, having been professionally replaced by a 
certified commercial tower company.  Also, the trust bearing in the base is 
brand new.    Available for pick-up in Stuart. Can easily be transported on
