[South Florida DX Association] March 2 SFDXA meeting -- call for agenda items and change of procedure for expenditure requests

If anyone has new business for the March 2 meeting, email it to me before February 22 so that it may be discussed by the board and added to the agenda before the meeting.

Please do not come to the meeting and raise for the first time something like, "I propose that the club donate $100 to XYZ."  This has been done in the past, but from now on I'd like all requests for money or other action to be considered by the board and the membership in advance.  Sometimes a project that seems worthwhile at first glance proves not to be so after full examination.
