[South Florida DX Association] Large M Class Solar Flare

It looks like we just had a large M class solar flare explosion at around
1738 UTC. It produced a sudden ionosphere disturbance (SID) and attendant
radio blackout that has wiped out the shortwave radio spectrum as high as
approximately 10000 khz on the sun facing side of the earth.
