I happened to hear CN2/F6AOV call CQ this morning, and sent in a spot to
that effect.  This afternoon, the email below arrived.  (There is some
consolation in that I never tried to work the guy.)

I just want to inform you that the station you spotted today is a PIRATE:

1 /    CN2/ is not allowed in Morocco,

2 /   F6AOV call doesn't exist in any database.

Please inform maximum OM's as you can about this guy. He takes also CN calls
time to time , he is from Europe.
