[South Florida DX Association] CATS vs Norm's Rotor Service.

Hi Bill,

I just bought a rebuilt rotor from Norms & it arrived yesterday like a new 
rotor.  I'm extremely happy with the service he provided me & if you have a 
rotor problem talk to him about his exchange program where he will send you 
a rebuilt & you send him back your bad one in the same box. You only go up 
the tower once to swap rotors.
