Between online voting, ARRL support and Commercial Users (PD, FD, SO, 
EMS) who must replace their radios by 1 January 2013 then again should 
this pass there is a not a lot of support to pass the Bill as written. 
However, without more licensee's voicing their concern the bill will pass.

NPSTC states the Bil needs to be Amended.
