Salaam y'all-

Got here after 20 hours on airplanes.  Very hot and humid 95 deg in the evening 
when I arrived.  People here from everywhere. 

Today I got the two ships inspected and now it is time to play tourist.  Will go 
the the national museum for a while, and later today a trip to the Sukh (bazaar) 
area .  Today there are people here from everywhere.  After all it is 
Octoberfest, and there is a big celebration for that...  Met beer drinkers from 
Germany, SOuth Africa , UK and New Zealand who were all working further north in 
Kuwait who came here for the Beer!

Tomorrow Dave - A92IO will pick me up at about noon and I will get the tour of 
the island and his shace until he takes me to the airport at about 11 PM to fly 
to London.  


Phil Weaver VS6CT/9M6CT will pick me up at Heathrow for 3 rainy dasy in 
London...  at least it will be cooler there  about 50-55 deg there... 


It is all happening too fast  --  LOL
