[South Florida DX Association] Tower tricks not to copy

While lowering my positive pull-down motorized tower during a rain storm
last week, my cable became fouled on a bracket and stretched at least two of
the four coax runs, stripping off the jacket, for about 2' before I realized
it (tough to tell the cable fouled in a blinding rain). Yes, lessons to be
learned here! I need to find a bucket or man lift in order to re-cable the
beams on my tower. It's a 55' (nestled to 23') tubular U.S. Tower MA-55
with 10' of mast and scary to climb with a 30' ladder (ask W4QN). I would
like to find a aerial bucket or man lift and the job will be easier. I need
to replace 3 or 4 coax runs as well as the SteppIR 12-conductor control
cable. All but one of the runs are adjacent to the mast. The one that is
not is about 10' out. The tower is easily accessible by truck or towed lift.
Any suggestions appreciated.
