The Caribbean Amateur Radio Group (CARG) will sponsor its 3rd 10 Meter

SSB Contest on Sunday, December 5, 2010 beginning at 0800 AM (1200 UTC)
and ending at 6:00 PM (2200 UTC) the same day. The band segment to be
used will be from 28.3 - 28.5 Mhz.
