On 22 to 25 May, Radio Amateurs from Argentina may use special prefixs to
celebrate the 200 years old of the Republica Argentina.

List of prefixs is the following:
LU will be "LR"
LW will be "LV"
AZ will be "LT"
Radio Club will be "LS"
Other institutions: "AY"
