[South Florida DX Association] UM20UZ in 2011

All,

I received an email from Michael, UK8AR, today.  He will operate as UM20UZ
(UM - twenty - UZ) in 2011, in honor of the 20th anniversary of the
independence of Uzbekistan.  Michael has built a new PA and new antennas for
the event, and is looking for sponsorship from a QSL printer to cover the
expected costs for the large number of cards the special call sign will
require.
