[South Florida DX Association] Fwd: Field day site available

Anyone have a Field Day Group and need a place to operate?. BARC's 
Robin, N4HHP n4hhp at comcast.net, has a great site ready to go!

Hello Bill. I am in a dilemma and maybe your club can help. I have a field
day site and due to a club backing out at the last minute. They
left me with a site with no one to operate on it. The site is quiet waters
park in Deerfield in the primitive area. The park will provide a 20 x 30
foot tent for shelter with 6 picnic tables. The bathrooms are about 1500
feet away from where you will be.
Now here's the deal. If you want it,  your club runs it. We have about 10
members that want to do field day and I cannot see taking the site for only
ten members that may or may not show up.  The only thing that I ask is to
let us share the site with you and we all can participate in buying the
food. We were asking $10.00 per person for Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast
and lunch.

Let me know if you or any other club will want to do this.  By the way.
Generator are ok, towers ok and camping on site is allowed. They will allow
trailers on site but the vehicles will have to be moved outside (About 30
feet from the location of the Large tent)

The cost of the site is FREE and I already have the BARC Insurance
indicating that all are covered under our insurance policy.  The only cost
is that the part will charge you a. $1.50 entrance to the park.
