Not new, but some may not have seen Pierre's recent email.  He has been QRV in 
the past week including 17m.  Active today on 40m and 20m but no copy in 
Florida. Looks like we will have to wait until it warms up down there before 
Pierre assembles the SteppIR vertical.

ZS8M email excerpt

The ship departed from Cape Town and we have a team of 50 construction
workers trying to complete the new base. The ship returns in November to
collect them.

ZS8M is back and operational again, but I need to watch my operating
times very carefully as I don't want to create any problem with
management.  The SteppIR vertical is still in the box and will stay
there until Wx condition allow it to be installed, or until I can
install it at the new base.
