That will certainly help my short term goal which is to cross the 200 
DXCC mark from the home station. Maybe I'll be lucky before year's end!

More on the story, including news of the 10-24 Oct expedition to Bonaire

but, it is still not clear what the prefixes will be, or when they will 
appear in the ARRL DXCC list. Is October 10 the ARRL/DXCC recognition 
date? Its one thing for the entity to be new, its quite another for ARRL 
to recognize it as counting to DXCC.
