SFDXA MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

The next meeting of the South Florida DX Association will be held on
Wednesday evening, May 5, at the Florida Medical Center (FMC) Auditorium at
5000 West Oakland Park Blvd. in Lauderdale Lakes (adjacent to the Florida
Turnpike).  Members and guests will gather at 6:00pm for our bi-monthly
fixed-price dinner ($7 per person). As usual, our meeting program will begin
at 7:33pm.

We're adding a "QSL brag" page to the club web site
(http://www.qsl.net/k4fk/ ).  Bring your two or three MOST PRIZED QSL cards
to the meeting and Kai Siwiak, KE4PT, will scan them for presentation on the
web.  Let your cards generate the cyberspace envy they deserve!  Don't
worry -- the cards will never leave your possession.

Our featured program this month will be a presentation by Kevin Bunin, K4PG,
a.k.a. C6APG, on his 2009 DX contest operation from the Bahamas. He will
also present info on the easiest way for local DXers contemplating a trip to
the Bahamas to become licensed there.  Don't miss this excellent,
informative presentation!
