Worked him earlier before crisis.



For those of you not aware  of it, there is a drama occurring with the 
one-man IOTA trip to E. Pen I. in  Hudson's Bay, NA231.

The operator, Cezar, VE3LYC is in trouble and a  rescue team is headed for

Cezar had  problems getting there, but did achieve his operation as VY0V. 
Now his native  guide has abandoned him, he is out of food, water, fuel and 
battery, and  sounding delirious. See the link.

E. Pen Island is just inside Nunavut,  offshore in Hudson's Bay, near the 
line dividing VE3 from VE4. The nearest  community is Ft. Severn, ON.
