[South Florida DX Association] E41MX ???

On 3/21/09 @ 17:15z I worked a station which I believe identified itself and
was posted on the cluster as E41MX. I am not sure if I have the call correct
or if this station possibly was a pirate. 

I can not find any information on this call and was wondering if any of the
club members have any information or ideas about this station and call.
