[South Florida DX Association] SFDXA Roster, DXCC updates

SFDXA Members -
 
Although this is going to our entire SFDXA web members, it is primarily  
directed to those who are club members.
 
I am trying to get our web site (_www.qsl.net/k4fk_ (http://www.qsl.net/k4fk) 
) current with club members,  and their current DX stats.  Please supply your 
name, address, phone number  and spouse name, license class, and member 
status (full, DX Associate,  Associate. These data will become part of our club 
member roster, some details  will be used in our online roster.   
 
Please update your DX stats using the following format.  These are  "all 
time" records, so deleted countries are included.
 
MIXED, PHONE, SSB, RTTY, 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, 6 and  CHALLENGE
 
Along with the DXCC records send other award info - WAZ, 5BWAZ, etc,
 
Also if you have station pictures, and antenna pictures please send them as  
well for our member web pages.
