I doubt if you can auto upload to LOTW just upon working a station.  But DXLab comes close in that key stokes can upload on a QSO by QSO basis.  From an efficiency view batching a days or operating session makes more sense.  DXLab will on command will select contacts not uploaded, run them through the Tqsl process and report back any new confirmations, set the flags on those contacts as sent, and/or confirmed.  

I think that DXLab does steer the radio to the frequency and changes mode as that information is displayed in the Spot Collector and the "WinWarbler" digital program.

I have not tried it as I am still using this program in a manual mode.

Perhaps easier to say what features a program is missing than what it does
have.  There are 3 things that HRD currently does not have that I would love to
see.  Does any program have these?

1) Fully automatic LOTW upload - each logged QSO goes immediately to LOTW -
they say the ARRL will not permit this, as they want each log entry to be run
through their TQSL program before upload.

2) Support for WSJT digital modes - they are supposed to be working on this.

3) Automatic mode switching from DX cluster - when you click on a DX call in
the cluster, it automatically retunes your rig to the DX station's
frequency, but it does not change the rig's mode.  So if you are listening
on SSB and click on a CW spot, you must change the rig to CW mode manually.  Not
exactly a backbreaking chore, but automatic would be nice.  My Kenwood TS-480SAT
could be set up to do this, but not ICOM rigs.
