Dear Bob, and SJDXC,

First, we at SFDXA want to congratulate the KP1-5 Project for a most
successful Dxpedition to Desecheo Island.  Certainly, KP5 will be way down
the Most Wanted list for a long long time now.  Our club is happy to be one
of your sponsors.

We are having a regular meeting this Wednesday evening, and certainly the
K5D Dxpedition will be a major topic of discussion.  In the past, we have
sent QSLs to some Dxpeditions'QSL managers as a group, with included
donations from all the members, all in one package.  I wanted to contact you
before our meeting to ask if that would be acceptable for SFDXA to send our
member's QSLs for K5D as a group in a single package.  I understand that
QSLing for a Dxpedition of this magnitude is a huge undertaking and we didn'
t want to make it any more of a chore than it will already be.  Perhaps we
can send a large envelope  containing each member's QSLs each in their own
individual envelope with return SASE.

Would that be acceptable?  What say?

I await your reply so that we can discuss this at our next South Florida DX
Association meeting on Wednesday evening, March 4.
