[South Florida DX Association] K4FK LoTW QSL milestone reached

K4FK rolled over 1000 LoTW QSLs yesterday, thanks to some QSLs from 4L8A,
and now has 1005 QSLs from its 3427 QSOs.  The K4FK DXCC status is as
