QSL INFORMATION -

From: "Bill, W6WRT"
The VK9GMW team reports some of their log information has been lost. QSOs
made between 4/9 2020 UTC and 4/10 0923 UTC are gone. They are working with
the WriteLog people to see if it can be recovered, but in the meantime they
ask that no QSLs be requested for that period.
Let's hope everyone here worked them outside that time frame.
73, Bill W6WRT [K1XN & the Golist]
--------------------------------------------
Beginning immediately, Buzz - NI5DX, is the QSL manager for Kahlid, A61BK.
Kahlid has send his log file already. QSL cards will have to be ordered, so
there will be a delay in replying to cards until the new cards arrive from
the printer.
Phil, ex-9Q1TB, has just been issued the callsign A65BK. To avoid
confusion, those requesting cards for either station should make certain
they send their request to the proper QSL manager. [K1XN & the Golist]
--------------------------------------------
IOTA VALIDATION and QSL status:
G3KMA has confirmed the validity of the 2008 9L0W DXpedition to AF-037 for
the IOTA award. Karl,DK2WV, has already started sending out the QSLs.
Roland,DJ4LK, writes that all QSOs until Nov 2 were made from the mainland
of Sierra Leone. The team was QRV from Banana Island (AF-037) from Nov 3-10,
2008. Two different QSLs are used for confirmation. [F5NQL]
--------------------------------------------
To All

Info from International Postal Union in Geneva -
"The current issue (Beijing 2) IRC may be exchanged up to 31 December 2009
(date printed on coupon). In principle, Beijing 2 coupons will no longer be
sold from 31 August 2009.
The new international reply coupon (Nairobi model) is due to go on sale
from 1 July 2009, and will be valid for exchange until 31 December 2013."
So make sure you aren't holding any of the Beijing 2 coupons at the end of
this year.

- QSL VU7SJ: All VU7SJ QSLs which were not requested directly are sent via

is not able to fulfill his duties as a QSL manager anymore. His appartment
